Here's a question...

Is the NHL still having games while all of its best players are on the other side of the world? I could just look on ESPN.com's NHL page, but that would be like recognizing hockey as a sport.

Either way, doesn't this prove that hockey sucks? If the league keeps playing during the Olympics, the NHL is surely still charging its fans full price for tickets, to essentially watch minor league hockey. If the league breaks for the Olympics, it would be the only "major" sport that does so.

First of all, you're an idiot for having this blog named 'Why Hockey Sucks'. You obviously don't have any athletic ability and you like to hate on things without justification. Regarding hating things for hating things, I have no problem with that as long as you can back it up. So the fact that you decided not to look up whether hockey was on during the Olympics or not is ridiculous. And the major part of this response is to blast you on the fact that you think basketball is a real sport at all. There is no point to basketball. I realize that Canadians came up with it, but they have made worse things. The hobby allows for the weakest penalties and does not have any sense of the word "defense" in its game. To think that hockey sucks would imply that you are in a wheelchair. If this is the case, I am sorry and would like to invite you to any future hockey games becausee all the arenas are wheelchair accessible. I'm pretty sure that this response will not convince you that hockey is the best sport ever, but if you would like to continue this conversation, my e-mail is andrewnyap@gmail.com

I would log in as a blogger, but I do not have an ID and don't want one. I don't usually hide behind anonymous.

Basketball players have all the talent and athletic skills. Look at Shaq. He can't run or shoot. Basketball has gotten REALLY boring in the last decade. Hey he touched me, call a flagrant foul. WA WA WA. Hey buddy, how about you come over to a REAL MAN'S sport like hockey. End to end action, the last 5 minutes are as meaningful as the first 5 minutes (unlike basketball), and lot's of hard hits.
