My All Star Teams:
With the All-Star Break quickly approaching, I feel the need to tell all of you who SHOULD be an All-Star this year. Granted, these teams won't be 100% correct, because the league lets the "fans" vote on the starters so you always get some bull shit like T-Mac being a starter while playing in a little over half of his team's games...
West starters:
PG-Nash
SG-Kobe
SF-Dirk Nowitzki (T-Mac robs this spot from Dirk and KG because fans are idiots)
PF-Tim Duncan
C-Brad Miller (now before you all start getting your panties in a wad, under the ridiculous voting system that the NBA has, your options for west Center are fairly limited, you can only pick Duncan as a forward and Yao Ming is hurt (although he will most definitely get the most votes since all of Asia voted for him online))...I would predict that they'll start either Nowitzki or Garnett in Yao's place since McGrady is almost assured of getting one of the forward spots (along with Duncan), because people are idiots...having said all that, Miller won't make the real all-star team
Bench:
Kevin Garnett
Shawn Marion
Ray Allen
Tony Parker
Carmelo Anthony
Elton Brand
Chris Paul
I would say that this team is fairly close, obviously Miller won't be there so that leaves an extra spot for McGrady's sham nomination...Paul probably won't make it either because he's a rookie and there are other people that have been snubbed in the past (like Mike Bibby and Pau Gasol) that'll get the sympathy vote...
East:
PG: Chauncey Billups (although Iverson is going to get this spot)
SG: Wade
F: LeBron
F: Paul Pierce (according to the NBA's shitty voting guidelines, you don't have to vote for a SF and a PF, just two "F"s, and Pierce has had one of his best seasons while watching Jermaine O'neal play is like getting my teeth pulled, although O'Neal will be the fans' vote and deserves it since he's the only player in the east to average close to 20 points and 10 rebounds
C: Ben Wallace: obviously Shaq will get the fan vote, but the Pistons are too good to not have any starters (but because the fans are idiots, they'd rather pick a guy who has played in half of his team's games and who rarely looks like he's interested anymore)
Bench:
Richard Hamilton
Jermain O'Neal (although it appears he'll be hurt so I'm going to give this spot to someone else)
Allen Iverson
Gilbert Arenas
Michael Redd
Vince Carter (while I hate him, he's had a pretty good season and you know there's no one in the NBA that dunks as well as him, which is the best reason to watch the All Star game)
Chris Bosh
*Dwight Howard (as the Jermaine O'Neal injury replacement)
This is probably fairly accurate as well, although Iverson will be a starter and Billups will be a reserve, and Shaq will get the fan vote so Dwight Howard (or Michael Redd) will probably get snubbed

Ostertag over Miller 9 out of 10 times.
Alright, Kobe goes for eighty-freakin-one and you have nothing to say about it?
